小马拉大车(抖漫)蘭德爾（凱文•科斯特納 Kevin Costner 飾）本事美國海岸警衛隊的一名出色隊員，然而，老貓燒須，一次他執行拯救任務時不僅任務完全失敗，還搭進去了五名隊友的性命。蘭德爾從此一蹶不振。電影評論：1. Sometimes you need to learn to let things go and don’t live in the past. 2. Life without a career passion is fine, without a relationship is okay. But if with none of them, life is not worth living anymore. Randall 和Fisher之間的師生情比他們自己分別的兩段感情要更inspiring得多得多得多。可惜最後老師選擇了犧牲，coast guard的使命圓滿交接之外，確也給觀眾上了一堂很震撼的生死課。
